10-Day Return Period ! You have a full ten days from the date merchandise is received for a refund. Restrictions: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Special orders are not exchangeable or refundable. Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on opened boxes, missing a material that is not returned back in "Like New" and re-saleable condition. Damaged or Defective Items If you return a damaged or defective item you will receive a credit when the item is back at our location. You may then choose a replacement item or a different item once the product is received back. Promotional Items and Rebates Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. This also includes the value of our Free Shipping promotion. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. How to handle your return: Simply contact a Customer Support Representative Monday – Friday 10 am – 5pm EST and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). We will not accept any return without an RMA # authorized from SuperiorEdge . PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO WRITE ON OR MARK THE ORIGINAL BOX OF THE PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE BOXED IN ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX FOR RETURN. On defective items only we will issue a return UPS return label. For non defective items we recommend you insure the package and obtain tracking numbers for your records.
