Don't Workout On An Empty Stomach

  Working out on an empty stomach will not help you to lose weight. What it will do is cause you to have low blood sugar, which can make you feel faint, weak, dizzy, and tired. Proper timing of meals are essential when maximiazing your workout experience.
Keys To Remember:1.  If you have a Large meal work out 3-4 hours after.
2.   If you work out in the morning you must raise your blood sugar a little because it is very low after a full nights rest. Try Oatmeal, Fruits, or Granola before you work out in the morning so you have the proper nutrients in your body for a complete workout.
3. After you workout you must eat foods that will help your muscles recover. So foods high in protein are essential. Chicken Breast and Egg whites are recommended.
