When you are full you have eaten too much.
Try to get comfortable with your body by
eating reasonable portions. It will keep
your body balanced and more in touch with its
feelings of hunger and fullness. If you are
tired after you are finished eating, chances
are you have eaten too much. Also take into
consideration that your body wants to use
your food as fuel, too much at one time can
be overwhelming and impede the body's natural
breakdown process .

If you do decide to go out to one of those
fast food restaurants, because you are at the
airport on business or just in a rush and
need a quick fix. Superior Edge recommends
that you order a kids meal. The portion will
be moderate, and it will cancel out a ton
of fat and preservatives that an adult sized
meal would typically have.
