Vitamin B and All It's Metabolic Benefits
Dear Anthony,
Every vitamin we digest is essential to our
body in some shape or fashion. However we
tend to highlight Vitamin D for strong teeth
and bones, and Vitamin C for a healthy immune
system. Vitamin B gets overlooked because of
how complex it is, but the role it plays in
our body's metabolic process is so significant.

-Vitamin B1 -thiamin-
Thiamin aids to convert glucose into energy
and has a role in the development of red
blood cells and the maintenance of muscle tissue.
-Vitamin B2 -riboflavin-
Riboflavin is active in energy metabolism and
supports vision and skin health.
-Vitamin B3- niacin-
Niacin is important for the body to
metabolise carbohydrates, fat and alcohol to
produce energy. It helps to maintain skin
health and supports the nervous and digestive
systems.
