Dear Anthony,
Getting to the gym and executing a good
workout is not only healthy for our hearts, but
also for our minds. Exercise helps to enhance
your brains ability to learn. In addition, a
sound workout allows
your brain cells to become more pliable, so
they can connect easier and allow for more
retention. Exercise also increases metabolism
and decreases stress, which can in return
allow your brain to function easier. So if
you have a big presentation or a decision
that requires a lot of focus, get up and
exercise it might open your mind.
