Move it or Lose it!!
Dear Anthony,

Superior Edge believes that we should find more ways to get exercise incorporated into our daily lifestyle. Exercise does not have to always be executed in a gym. Take it upon yourself to find more ways to move your body out side of a fitness institution. For example climb stairs if given a choice between an elevator or an escalator.

Move it or Lose it!!
Anytime you move your limbs at a moderate intensity, it is considered exercise. Get out and play with your kids, mow your lawn, get out of the chair and dance when you hear your favorite song. The more you move the better you will feel throughout the day.

It is important to remember that our bones are living tissue, which continuously renew itself. Bones require regular stimulation from physical activity. Muscles along with bones should be used regularly or they will deteriorate.
