Inconsistency Is A Killer
Dear Anthony,
We have all seen that professional athlete
who gains 40 pounds within that first year of
retirement. This added weight gain is
primarily due to inconsistency. To stay on
top of your game in professional sports an
athlete must work out on a regular basis,
when removed from that athletic environment
it is common to see muscles lose there size
and fat develop.
We Must Be Consistent In Our Workout Patterns
Set aside some time for yourself that you
dedicate to the development of your body.
Nothing should take priority over that time.
Make a schedule for yourself and don't skip
workouts. Also realize that your nutrition
plays a key role in the success of your
fitness, so try to find a diet that you can
consistently follow. Consistency in your
workout program leads to better muscle memory
, which plays a key role in how tone you will
look.
