Low Calorie Diets Do Not Work!!! You won't lose weight properly using a Low Calorie Diet Plan either. Eating low calories is in fact the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning system and complicate all chances of losing weight. It is possible that low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but you will go into a dieting plateau. You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Instead of eating nothing, try eating the right things! Make sure you get your quality carbs and proteins into your diet. Follow the rule "everything in moderation". A zone diet is a perfect opportunity to eat all the things you need. There is no need to deprive yourself of food by not eating!!!

On the Zone diet, your only mission is to eat the right combination of food, nourish your body with the Omega-3 fatty acids it needs and exercise daily.

Zone Dieting basically follows recipes with a low-carbohydrate meal plan, where proteins never dominate the carbohydrates. This process allows dieters to get substantial energy from carbohydrates. While on this diet one must keep a close watch on the calorie consumption while eating.

Rule of thumb: a meal should not exceed 500 calories a snack should not exceed 100 calories "IT STARTS WITH ONE S.E.T. SUPERIOR EDGE TRAINING!"
