Dear Anthony,
We all love to discover new ways to make
those abdominal muscles show. But before I
show you my exercise tips, I want everyone to
get this one point clear, "proper eating and
cardio is essential if you want to get lean
abdominals". There is absolutely no way
around it!
If you have excess bodyfat in your
midsection, chances are you wont see your abs
from doing millions of crunches. You will
in fact have muscle development from those
exercises, but to actually see that
development cardio and diet must be
implemented strategically in your workout.
Remember, these exercise tips will build
muscle but cardio burns fat. You should do
cardio for at least 45 minutes 3 times per week.
